Our refund policy varies by plan type and ensures you have adequate time to evaluate our service.
Cancelling your subscription is simple and can be done in just a few steps.
Log into your meetdev.bio account and navigate to your dashboard
Click on 'Billing' or 'Subscription' in your account settings
Click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm your cancellation
You'll receive an email confirmation of your cancellation
Once the refund is approved, amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
After cancellation, your portfolio data will be retained for 30 days. You can reactivate your account during this period without losing any data.
For monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle, we do not provide prorated refunds. Your service will continue until the end of your billing period.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for refund within the first 30 days. After this period, cancellation will prevent auto-renewal but no refund will be provided.
