Refund Policy

This policy explains how MeetDev handles subscriptions, cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests for paid plans.

Cancellation

Any time before renewal

You can cancel a paid subscription before the next billing cycle to stop future charges.

Default refund rule

No prorated refunds

Unless required by law or stated at checkout, partial-period refunds are generally not issued.

Duplicate charges or billing errors can be reviewed by support.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid MeetDev plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout or in your billing portal. If a subscription renews automatically, it will continue until you cancel it.

Cancelling a subscription

  • You can cancel from your billing settings or customer billing portal when that option is available.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but usually does not end access immediately. Access normally continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically erase account data, saved jobs, chats, or profile content.

Refunds

Unless a plan, offer, or checkout page states otherwise, subscription fees and credit purchases are generally non-refundable once billed.

We do not generally provide prorated refunds for partial monthly or annual usage. If applicable law gives you additional refund rights, those rights still apply.

Billing errors and exceptions

  • If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or billed after a valid cancellation, contact support promptly with your account email and billing details.
  • We may issue refunds or credits at our discretion for duplicate charges, clear platform errors, or other exceptional cases.
  • Refunds, when approved, are typically returned to the original payment method and may take additional processing time depending on your provider.

Plan changes

If you upgrade or downgrade plans, billing timing and any feature access changes will follow the rules shown in the product or billing flow at the time of the change.
